Mark hands to review
Flag a hand while you play, then find all your marked hands in one place afterwards.
When a hand is worth another look, put a mark on it from the Session screen. Later, the Marked Hands screen gathers every marked hand in one list, drawn out street by street and one double-click away from the replayer.
Find the hand on the Session screen
Open Session on the rail. Every hand you play tonight appears in the Hands this session table, newest first.
Right-click the hand and choose a mark
Right-click the hand's row, point to Mark hand, and pick one of the five marks:
| Mark | Use it for |
|---|---|
| Review | A hand you want to come back to |
| Bad hand | A hand you think you played badly |
| Good hand | A hand you're happy with |
| Value | A value bet worth studying |
| Bluff | A bluff worth studying |
Each mark has its own color. The row gets a colored strip down its left edge and a light tint across it, and hovering the strip names the mark.
A hand carries one mark at a time. Marking it again replaces the old mark — you've simply changed your mind about it.
Find your marked hands
Open Marked Hands on the rail, under Library. The heading shows how many hands you've marked, and every marked hand is listed with its mark, when you marked it, the site, and the whole hand drawn on one line (see Read a hand at a glance).
Use the chips across the top to narrow the list: All, or one of the five marks.
You can also show only marked hands on the Session screen: click the Marked filter above the hands table.
Replay a marked hand
Double-click a row, or click its replay button, to open the hand in the Hand Replayer.
Mark it as reviewed
Once you've been back over a hand, right-click it on the Session screen and choose Mark as reviewed. The mark stays exactly as it was — a bad hand you've reviewed is still a bad hand — and a check appears beside it. On the Marked Hands screen, the row shows Reviewed.
To take a mark off completely, right-click the hand and choose Unmark. Mark as reviewed and Unmark only appear on hands that already carry a mark.
Right-click any row on the Marked Hands screen to share that hand, or all the hands in the list, with a link. See Share hands with a link.
If it doesn't work
- The Marked Hands screen says you haven't marked a hand yet. Marks are put on from the Session screen; mark one there first.
- A row says "This hand has not reached the book yet." Your mark is safe. The hand itself isn't in your current database — it may not have been written out by the site yet, or it may have been removed. Marks are kept even when the hands they're on are gone.
- A chip shows "No hand carries that mark." Nothing is marked with that mark yet; click All to see the rest.
