Subscribe, renew or cancel

How-to Updated 12 Oct 2026

Pay for Small Stakes or Pro monthly or yearly on the website, let it renew by itself, and cancel when you want to — you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

You subscribe to PokerLens on the website, from your account. Payments are taken by Stripe, so your card never reaches PokerLens, and your subscription renews automatically every month or year until you cancel.

1

Choose your tier and billing

Log in at pokerlenshud.com and open My account. While you're on the trial — or once it has run out — the Your tier card offers to subscribe to Small Stakes or Pro, monthly or yearly, at the current price.

You can also start from the Pricing page: pick Monthly or Yearly at the top (yearly shows how many months you get free each year) and click Subscribe under the tier you want. Compare the tiers further down shows exactly what each one allows.

2

Pay

The Subscribe to page shows the price and lets you switch between Monthly and Yearly.

  • If you have a promo code, type it into Promo code and click Apply. The discount is shown on the page, and you keep it for as long as you stay subscribed.
  • Enter your card in the card form and click Pay. You stay on the PokerLens website the whole time.

When the payment goes through you're back on My account with You are subscribed. If it says Your payment is being confirmed, give it a moment — your subscription shows up once the payment clears.

3

Let PokerLens pick it up

Your trial turns into your subscription and keeps the same license key, so there's nothing to activate. PokerLens notices the change on its own; if you want it right away, restart PokerLens. Settings › Licence then shows your tier and Auto renew with the date it renews.

Renewing

Your subscription renews automatically on the date shown under Your tier (… · renews …) and charges the same card. It keeps renewing every month or year until you cancel.

If a payment fails, your subscription shows Past due and Stripe tries again. Your license keeps working for a week after the renewal date, so a late payment doesn't interrupt your sessions. To change the card, click Manage payments.

Manage payments and invoices

Click Manage payments on My account to open Stripe's customer page, where you can change your card, see your invoices, and switch between monthly and yearly billing.

Cancel

Click Cancel subscription under Your tier.

Your subscription stops renewing, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. No further payments are taken. The Your tier card shows Cancels on and the date, and Settings › Licence in PokerLens shows Cancels on the same date.

Changed your mind? Click Resume subscription on My account any time before that date, and your subscription carries on renewing as before.

When the date comes, PokerLens shows Your subscription has ended, pauses the HUD and locks the screens until you subscribe again. Nothing you've tracked is lost: your hands, notes, reports and HUD profiles all stay on your computer, and packs you bought from the Market are still yours. To come back, subscribe again from My account at any time.

If it doesn't work

  • That tier is not on sale. Go back to the Pricing page and pick a tier from there.
  • Your payment went through but PokerLens still shows the trial or the ended message: restart PokerLens, or open your profile and check you're signed in with the same account you paid with. See Sign in to PokerLens.
  • Questions about a charge: contact support — see If something goes wrong.
