Design a popup
Choose the statistics a popup shows on each street, add a rack of cells, and see the hands a player showed down.
A popup is the longer read that opens when you click a player's panel at the table. It has a tab for each street, every figure comes with the number of hands behind it, and you can add a tab of the hands the player showed down. You design popups in the Popups window, and the preview there is drawn exactly as your tables will draw it.
Open the Popups window
In the HUD Editor, press + next to the Popup dropdown (its tip reads Lay popups out). The Popups window opens.
Make a popup
Type a name in the Popup name box and press New popup. You can keep as many popups as you like. Rename and Delete popup work on the one selected in the Popup band.
Pick a street and lay it out
Press Preflop, Flop, Turn or River. Every popup lays out preflop. Any other street shows nothing until you press Lay this street out, and it starts empty. On the table, a street you didn't lay out shows This street lays out nothing, and its tab looks plain so you can tell at a glance which streets have something to say. Stop laying this street out removes that street's layout.
Add statistics
Drag a statistic from the Stat library onto the popup, or press its +. Statistics already on the popup carry an IN POPUP badge. Drag rows on the preview to put them in another order, and use Take off the popup in the library to remove one.
Add a rack (optional)
Rows are read one after another; a rack puts figures side by side so you can compare them, such as 3B from each position. Press Add a rack, shape it with Wider, Narrower, Deeper and Shallower, then drag statistics into its cells. Each street can have one rack under its rows. Add a rack is grayed out until the street has at least one row. You can't remove a column or row that still holds a statistic, so empty it first. Remove rack takes the whole rack off.
Add Hands played like this (optional)
From the Toolbox, drag Hands played like this onto the popup. At the table this adds a HANDS tab beside the street tabs (see below). Use Take off the popup in the Toolbox to remove it.
Size the popup
Drag the popup's edges on the preview to make it wider or taller. The size you set is the size it opens at your tables. Under the preview, PokerLens tells you how many rows it has and how tall it will be on an 800 × 600 table, so you know it won't cover the board.
Check what it costs
What this popup costs counts the statistics on all its streets, how many are already on a panel and how many are new to your HUD. New statistics are extra work for PokerLens when a player sits down, so a popup full of them can make figures slower to appear.
Save, and choose who opens it
Press Save. If a street you laid out has no statistics, PokerLens says so and won't save until you add one or stop laying that street out.
Then, back in the HUD Editor, choose the popup in each profile's Popup dropdown and press Save there. If you have only one popup, every profile opens it automatically.
At the table
Click a player's panel to open the popup. It opens on Preflop; press another street's tab to read it, and the street you chose stays selected when you open the next player's popup. Every row shows the figure and the number of hands behind it; a figure on too few hands is drawn faintly. Close the popup with its close button.
The HANDS tab lists showdowns the player has had, in two groups: Against you (hands where you saw the flop with them) and Elsewhere. Each row shows their cards, the board, the line and the amount. With Similar spot ticked, the list shows only hands they played the same way as the hand in front of you; if none match exactly, PokerLens loosens the match step by step and tells you what it relaxed. Untick it to see every showdown. Click a hand to open it in the Hand Replayer.
Deleting a popup asks first. Every profile that opened it then opens nothing until you choose another.
