Manage your profile and machines

How-to Updated 8 Oct 2026

Change your name and picture, see your license, choose which computer runs the HUD, and sign a computer out.

Your profile shows who you're signed in as, what your license is, and which computers use it. You can manage it inside PokerLens or on the website — both change the same account.

1

Open your profile in PokerLens

Click your account card at the bottom of the rail (it shows your name and tier) and choose Profile. If you aren't signed in yet, the window asks you to sign in first; see Sign in to PokerLens.

2

Change your name or picture

  • Type your First name and Last name and click Save name. Each can be up to 50 characters.
  • Click Change picture to choose a PNG, JPEG, GIF or WebP image of up to 10 MB, or Remove to go back to your initials.

Your name and picture appear on your account card and on the website.

Your Email is shown but can't be changed — it is your account.

3

Check your license

License shows your tier, and the days left where your license runs out (for example, during the trial). For the full picture, open Settings › Licence.

4

See which computers are signed in

Under the license, PokerLens shows Signed in on N of M machines — a Pro license covers two computers and Small Stakes one — and lists them. The computer you're using is marked This machine, and the one drawing the HUD is marked Runs the HUD.

5

Choose which computer runs the HUD

Only one of your computers draws the HUD at a time. The other keeps Reports, the Hand Replayer, Notes, Marked Hands, Color Markers and Settings, and its other screens show The HUD is on the other computer.

To play on the computer in front of you, click Activate this machine — in your profile, or on the notice itself. The HUD moves here, and your other computer finds out the next time it checks.

6

Sign out

Click Sign out in your profile (or on the account card's menu). That computer's place on your license is freed, and PokerLens on it goes back to its own trial days, as if it had never been signed in.

Sign out a computer from the website

If a computer was sold, broken or is simply out of reach, free its place from the website:

  1. Log in at pokerlenshud.com and open My account.
  2. Under Machines signed in you'll see each computer, when it was Last seen, and which one Runs the HUD.
  3. Click Sign out beside the one you want to remove.

The next time that computer checks in, PokerLens on it says it was signed out from your account page on the website and asks to sign in again.

A computer that hasn't been seen for 30 days frees its place by itself.

You can also change your name and picture on the website, under Profile on My account.

If it doesn't work

  • Signed in on too many machines — every place on your license is taken. Sign one of the listed computers out (here or on the website), then click Try again.
  • Sign in again to change your account from here. Your sign-in on this computer needs refreshing: sign out and sign in again.
  • This machine is no longer signed in on your account. It was signed out elsewhere. Sign in again.
