Move the HUD panels or restart the HUD

How-to Updated 8 Oct 2026

Drag panels and overlays where you want them on the felt, and fix a table that shows the wrong HUD or none.

PokerLens puts each panel next to its seat, but every poker client draws its felt a little differently. You can drag the panels exactly where you want them, and if a table ever shows the wrong HUD or none at all, one button starts the HUD fresh.

1

Open a table and go to Live Tables

Sit down at a table on the site whose layout you want to change, so its panels are on screen. In PokerLens, click Live Tables on the rail, under MAIN.

2

Turn on Place panels

Press Place panels. Every panel at every open table gets a white outline to show it can be moved.

While Place panels is on, your tables can't be clicked through the panels: a click on a panel moves it instead of opening its popup. Don't place panels in the middle of a hand you care about.

3

Drag each panel where you want it

Grab a panel anywhere and drop it in its new spot. The other tables of the same site and the same size (for example, every 6-max table on that site) move with it, because the place is saved for that site and table size.

Places are saved as a share of the table window, not in pixels, so your panels stay in the right spot when you resize a table or move it to another monitor.

The RNG, bet presets and the action so far can be dragged the same way while Place panels is on. See Place the overlays on the felt.

4

Turn Place panels off

Press Place panels again when you're done. It also turns off by itself when you leave the Live Tables screen, so you can't forget it and start dragging panels mid-hand.

Restart the HUD

If a table shows a HUD it shouldn't, panels stay over a table you've closed, or the figures stop updating, press Restart HUD on the Live Tables screen. It takes every HUD down and draws it again from your saved settings, just as a fresh start of PokerLens would, without closing the app. Your hands, notes and session aren't touched.

If a table still shows no HUD

  • Look for a notice across the top of the table. If the stakes are above your license, your license has ended, or the HUD is running on your other computer, the table shows a sentence saying so instead of panels. See Read the HUD at the table.
  • Your own panel is missing? Check Show my own HUD under Options in the HUD Editor.
  • Panels only appear when you point at them? Show on hover only is ticked under Options in the HUD Editor.
  • A panel shows only a name? It is collapsed. Click + on it to expand it.
  • One table shows a different layout from the rest? It may be switched to another profile. See Switch a table to another HUD.
