Activate your license key

How-to Updated 8 Oct 2026

Enter the key from your purchase email to switch PokerLens to your license.

Your PokerLens license key belongs to your account, and PokerLens activates it for you when you sign in. There is no key to type into the application: signing in with your account is how a computer gets your license.

1

Find your key (optional)

You don't need your key to activate PokerLens, but you can always see it. Log in at pokerlenshud.com and open My account. Under License key you'll find your key, with a Copy button beside it.

Your key stays the same when your trial turns into a paid subscription, so nothing needs to be activated again after you pay.

2

Sign in to PokerLens with the same account

In PokerLens, click your account card at the bottom of the rail and choose Profile. Enter the Email and Password of your account and click Sign in. PokerLens fetches the key your account holds and activates it on this computer. See Sign in to PokerLens for the details.

3

Check that it took hold

Open Settings › Licence. Your license shows your tier — Pro or Small Stakes — and either the days left on your trial or the date your subscription renews (Auto renew). Your account card on the rail shows the same tier.

The license takes hold at once at every table. If the screens were dimmed because a trial or license had ended, the message goes away and the HUD comes back without a restart.

Moving your license to another computer

Sign in on the new computer with the same account. A Pro license covers two computers and Small Stakes one. If every place is already taken, PokerLens says Signed in on too many machines and names them: sign one of them out — in PokerLens on that computer, or from the machines list on your account page on the website — then click Try again. See Manage your profile and machines.

If it doesn't work

  • This account has no license. The account's free trial has been used and it has no subscription. Subscribe on the website first; see Subscribe, renew or cancel.
  • The license server could not be reached. Nothing on your computer has changed. Check your connection and try again in a moment.
