Sign in to PokerLens

How-to Updated 8 Oct 2026

Sign in with your website account so your trial and your license follow you.

You sign in to PokerLens with the same email and password you used to make your account on the website. Once you're signed in, PokerLens picks up your trial or your subscription by itself — there's no key to copy or type.

1

Open your profile

At the bottom of the rail on the left is your account card. Before you sign in, it reads Not signed in. Click it and choose Profile.

2

Enter your email and password

The Sign in panel asks for the Email and Password of your PokerLens account. Type them and click Sign in.

Don't have an account yet? Click Create an account to open the sign-up page on the website. See Create your PokerLens account.

3

Check your license

Once you're in, the same window becomes your profile: your name and picture, your email, your License and the machines you're signed in on. Your account card on the rail now shows your name and your tier — Pro, Pro trial or Small Stakes.

You only need to sign in once on each computer. PokerLens remembers it, and checks your license each time it starts. Your password is sent to PokerLens once to sign in and is never stored on your computer.

Signing in on a second computer

A Pro license runs on two computers and Small Stakes on one. On a second computer, sign in in the same way. Only one of your computers draws the HUD at a time; the other keeps Reports, the Hand Replayer, Notes, Marked Hands and Color Markers. To move the HUD to the computer in front of you, click Activate this machine. See Manage your profile and machines.

Sign out

Click your account card and choose Sign out, or click Sign out in your profile. Signing out frees that computer's place on your license.

If it doesn't work

  • That email and password did not match an account. Check both and try again. Your license on this computer is not affected by a mistyped password.
  • This account has no license. Your account's free trial has already been used. Subscribe on the website to keep using PokerLens; see Subscribe, renew or cancel.
  • Signed in on too many machines. Your account is already signed in on every computer your license covers, and PokerLens names them. Sign out on one of them — or, if you can't reach it, sign it out from your account page on the website — then click Try again. A computer that hasn't been seen for 30 days frees its place by itself.
  • This machine was signed out from your account page on the website. Somebody (most likely you) signed this computer out from the website. Sign in again to use it.
  • The license server could not be reached. Nothing has changed; check your connection and try again in a moment.
