Find your way around PokerLens

Guide Updated 8 Oct 2026

A quick tour of the main window, the rail on the left and where each screen lives.

PokerLens has one main window. The rail down the left side takes you to every screen, and the screen you pick fills the rest of the window. PokerLens opens on the Dashboard.

The rail

The rail sorts screens into four groups.

MAIN — while you play

  • Dashboard: a graph of your winnings over a day, a week, a month or a year. See See how you are running.
  • Session: tonight's result, every hand you played and every player you met. See Follow your session.
  • Live Tables: the tables you have open, and the tools to arrange them and their HUD panels. The number beside it is how many tables are open. See Use the Live Tables screen.
  • HUD Editor: choose what your HUD shows and how it looks. See Set up your HUD.

ANALYSIS — after you play

  • Reports: your hands looked at four ways, all narrowed by the same filters. See Get to know Reports.
  • Statistics: key statistics at a glance, by position and stack depth. To write a statistic of your own, press Write a statistic on this screen, which opens the Statistic Editor. See Write your own statistic.
  • Hand Replayer: opens in a window of its own beside the main one. See Replay a hand.

LIBRARY — what you keep

SETUP — getting things ready

  • Import Hands: bring in hands from files or from another tracker. See Import from PokerTracker 4.
  • Databases: back up, switch or move the database your hands are kept in. See Manage your databases.
  • Settings: everything else. See below.

Making the rail smaller

Press the arrow at the top of the rail to collapse it to icons and short names, such as Tables, Stats and Replayer. Press it again to expand it. To choose how the rail looks when PokerLens starts, open Settings › Appearance and set Sidebar default state to Expanded or Collapsed.

Searching for a player

The Search players… box at the top of the rail finds anybody in your database by part of their screen name. Press Ctrl+K from any screen to jump to it. When the rail is collapsed, click the magnifying glass instead. See Find a player.

Your account

The card at the bottom of the rail shows who is signed in, your license (Pro trial, Pro or Small Stakes) and how many tables you have open. If you haven't signed in, it says Not signed in. Click it for Profile — where you sign in, change your name and picture, and see your machines — and Sign out. See Sign in to PokerLens.

Settings

Settings has its own list down the left side:

  • General: the language, and how long notes stay fresh.
  • Overlays: the RNG, bet presets and the action so far on each table.
  • Tables: saved table layouts for auto-arrange.
  • Poker sites: download and configure the sites you play.
  • Appearance: theme, accent color, text size, row spacing and felt color.
  • Licence: your license and what it allows.

Type in Search settings… to search every page at once. See Find a setting.

If your trial or license has ended, a notice covers each screen, with a link to Settings › Licence. The rail still works, and your hands and notes are all still there. See Small Stakes, Pro and your trial.
